Its Supplier Code of Conduct is based on ILOs Four Fundamental Freedoms: no child labor, no forced labor, no discrimination, and employees having the right to association and collective bargaining.
It traces all of its supply chain and visits its final stage of production suppliers.
It does not pay living wages to workers in its supply chain, but has goals to improve wages.

Animal Welfare

It does not disclose whether it has an animal welfare policy.
As per its sustainability report, it bans the use: fur, exotic skins, horns, bones, virgin down, angora, mohair, and cashmere.
